Refund policy

Refunds

All sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged during transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. To start an exchange, you can contact us at locsofhealing@gmail.com. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT DURING CHECKOUT. Returned packages due to an invalid address will be charged a $10 redelivery fee. If you notice your shipping address is incorrect after checkout, please email us with the correct address IMMEDIATELY. There will not be a refund issued if package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, and recipient declines to pay the $10 redelivery fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email within 14 days of order date at locsofhealing@gmail.com. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly to ensure your replacement is sent out.
